Welcome-
I am so glad you found your way here.
You may be navigating the aftermath of trauma, carrying the weight of uncertainty, or searching for belonging in a world that feels unstable. You might be holding questions about who you are, where you fit, or how to move forward when the ground beneath you feels shaky.
My work centers around walking with people in those in-between places — moments of crisis, transition, and self-discovery. Healing, to me, isn’t about perfection. It’s about reclaiming trust in yourself, your body, and your truth.

A Bit About Me
My own path hasn’t been linear. I hold a Master’s in Public Health and another in International Disaster Psychology. Alongside clinical practice, I serve in Disaster Behavioral Health Response — supporting communities through wildfires, displacement, climate grief, and collective uncertainty.
I also know what it’s like to come into your truth later in life. Beginning to date women in my thirties brought both deep questioning and, ultimately, peace. That lived experience grounds the way I support clients exploring gender, sexuality, and identity. There’s no “too late” for self-acceptance.
Having spent much of my life on the East Coast and overseas before settling in Colorado, I understand what it means to feel dislocated. While I am not an immigrant myself, I find deep purpose in supporting immigrants navigating cultural transitions. I am bilingual in Spanish and offer therapy in both languages.
My Approach to Healing
