Co-Location Services
Partner with Buh Spok to Enhance Your Mission
We know nonprofit organizations carry a lot — often working with limited resources while holding the needs of entire communities. At buh•spok, we believe collaboration makes the load lighter. By embedding mental health services directly within your programs, we help expand your impact while staying true to your mission.
Through our co-location model, we place master’s-level interns and pre-licensed clinicians at your site to provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive, client-centered therapy. You provide the space; we provide the rest — from recruitment and training to full supervision by our founder, Kedri R. Ladewig, LCSW.
Together, we can create a circle of care that supports both your staff and the clients you serve.

What are Co-Location Services?
Co-location means bringing therapy into the very places where people already feel connected and supported. Instead of asking survivors, families, or community members to travel across town and start fresh with another provider, buh•spōk clinicians embed directly within trusted nonprofit partners.
This model:
-
Reduces barriers to care by offering therapy in familiar, accessible settings
-
Strengthens collaboration between therapists, advocates, and community providers
-
Centers safety and continuity for clients navigating multiple systems
-
Models equity and inclusion in practice, by meeting people where they are
In co-located services, clients can receive advocacy, case management, and counseling under one roof — honoring the wholeness of their needs while creating a softer landing in times of crisis.

Our Partners
buh•spok is proud to partner with Three Birds Alliance, a domestic violence agency serving Aurora and Adams and Arapahoe Counties. Through this collaboration, survivors have access to confidential, trauma-informed therapy on-site, alongside the advocacy and wraparound services already available through the agency.
This partnership reflects our shared commitment to:
-
Survivor-centered healing — therapy that honors each person’s story and pace
-
Accessibility — reducing the gaps between asking for help and receiving it
-
Collaboration — building bridges between mental health care and community support
As buh•spok grows, we continue to explore new co-location partnerships with schools, housing programs, and nonprofits — always with the same vision: creating safe, connected spaces where healing feels possible.
Referrals & Next Steps
If you are a client connected with Three Birds Alliance and would like to explore counseling, your advocate can share the referral form with you. Once submitted, your information is sent directly to buh•spok for scheduling with a therapist.
