About buh•spok

Healing that honors your wholeness.

You’re not just seeking therapy.

You’re seeking a way back to yourself.

Whether you’re navigating trauma, feeling overwhelmed by the demands of care work, or holding stories that haven’t had a place to land—buh•spok is here to hold space with you, not for you. This is a practice built on presence, not prescriptions; on dignity, not diagnoses.

At buh•spok, we believe healing is relational, reparative, and uniquely your own. We work at the pace of trust, with deep respect for your nervous system, your story, and your readiness. Every offering—from trauma therapy to clinical training—is designed to meet people where they are, with nuance, integrity, and care.

What "buh spok" Means

A Bit About Me

The word bespoke evokes something made-to-measure—tailored, intentional, and rooted in specificity. We reclaimed and re-spelled it to reflect the spirit of this work:
buh•spok is not one-size-fits-all therapy.
It’s trauma-informed care that adapts, listens, and co-creates.

What We Offer

  • Individual Therapy for adults navigating complex trauma, relational wounding, and life transitions

  • EMDR & Somatic Approaches that honor the body as a site of wisdom and restoration

  • Clinical Supervision & Consultation for provisionally licensed therapists

  • Clinical Training for Interns & Pre-Licensed Clinicians committed to trauma-informed, equity-centered work

  • Partnerships with Nonprofits to bring mental health care directly into community-based settings

Our Approach

  • Trauma-informed and rooted in nervous system awareness

  • Relational—because healing doesn’t happen in isolation

  • Socially conscious, recognizing that systems of oppression live in the body too

  • Spacious and slow, making room for authenticity, grief, curiosity, and growth

  • Collaborative, with the belief that clients and clinicians co-create the path forward

Who We Are

buh•spok is led by Kedri Ladewig, LCSW, a trauma therapist, clinical supervisor, and systems thinker committed to liberatory healing. In addition to providing therapy, Kedri offers clinical supervision and hands-on training for provisionally licensed therapists and graduate-level interns—supporting emerging clinicians who are ready to do this work with depth, clarity, and ethical grounding.

We are not a group practice. Instead, we are a clinical community of independent practitioners who share values, not payroll. Our extended network includes therapists-in-training, nonprofit collaborators, and people doing brave healing work in complex systems.

Our Why

Because we know what it’s like to live split—between what we’ve survived and who we’re becoming.
Because we believe the body holds what the mind can’t always say.
Because trauma is not the end of the story.

Healing is possible. And you don’t have to do it alone.

Want to connect?
