Welcome-
I am so glad you found your way here.
I know what it’s like to lose sight of yourself in the dark.
My life has been shaped not by one event, but by layers of trauma — relational wounds, medical crises, spiritual disconnection, and the slow ache of chronic illness. For years, I lived in survival mode, moving through the world disconnected from myself and unsure if healing was possible.

I also know addiction, not as a clinical concept, but as something I’ve lived. I know what it feels like to be trapped in your own body, to question your relationships, your worth, your very sense of identity.

And still — peace found me. Slowly, I rebuilt my life, learning to live in a body I didn’t always trust. That journey led me here. Counseling isn’t just my career. It’s my calling.

A Bit About Me
I work with people who are in the thick of it — survivors of trauma, those living with chronic illness or chronic pain, and people navigating grief, identity shifts, or disconnection from their bodies. Many of my clients are queer, disabled, or survivors of systems that told them they were “too much” or “not enough.”

I’m here to say: you are not broken.

I know what it’s like to be dismissed by medical professionals or gaslit in therapy spaces. My passion is creating a place where you feel believed, respected, and supported as you move at your own pace.

Final Thought
I am disabled. I am queer. I am a survivor. I know what it means to live with limitations and loss — and also what it means to find freedom in truth, connection, and reimagined strength.
Healing isn’t about becoming who you once were. It’s about becoming who you are now.
Let’s walk that path together.
