Welcome-
I am so glad you're here.

You might be feeling exhausted from always holding it all together — navigating relationships that feel complicated, carrying wounds from the past, or wondering why patterns you thought you moved past keep showing up. My work centers around supporting adults impacted by complex relational trauma — the kind of experiences that leave lasting imprints on how we see ourselves, how we connect with others, and how safe we feel in the world.

I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed space where healing is possible — not by fixing what’s “broken,” but by reconnecting you with the parts of yourself that have always been worthy, resilient, and whole.

A Bit About Me

If you’ve found your way here, chances are you’re carrying pain that’s hard to name — patterns that show up in relationships, a nervous system stuck in overdrive, or a sense of never really feeling safe or enough.

This is the impact of complex relational trauma.

For over a decade, I’ve specialized in working with people whose earliest connections — with family, partners, systems, or communities — left wounds that still echo today. Maybe you learned to disconnect from your needs, stay small to avoid conflict, or take care of everyone but yourself.

My passion is helping people untangle those deeply rooted patterns and reconnect with their authentic selves — with compassion, curiosity, and care.

My Approach to Healing

Relational trauma happens in connection with others — and healing happens there too.

My approach is collaborative and deeply attuned to your story. I integrate EMDR, somatic practices, and attachment-focused work to support healing not just in your mind, but in your body and relationships.

Together, we’ll work to:

  • Make sense of your experiences

  • Understand how trauma shaped your nervous system, boundaries, and sense of self

  • Develop new ways of relating — to yourself and to others

  • Build safety and trust, at a pace that honors you

This isn’t surface-level work — it’s brave, slow, and deeply transformative.

Professional Background

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive training in trauma-informed care, EMDR, somatic practices, and crisis intervention. I’ve spent my career supporting survivors of trauma — not just in therapy rooms, but through leadership in nonprofits and community-based services.

My work is rooted in the belief that healing is possible — and that every person deserves a space where they feel seen, respected, and supported.
